        Just had a phone consultation with Dr. Chan to discuss some of my medical options - he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me thoroughly discussing all of my options, the pros and cons and the best path forward. He was the perfect mix of direct and trust worthy but also empathetic. I had a great experience and hopefully get to speak with him in the future.

        This surgery is like being in a third world country. Appointments running an hour late, for a child. Receptions not friendly.

        The receptionist is extremely rude! She got annoyed as I had to pause few times during the conversation due to a bad cough! The worse experience I have ever had and this is not the only time. Same treatment when I called in the past.
