These guys are absolutely terrible. Reluctantly used to buy my house in May 2020 as my estate agent recommended. Slow and painstaking throughout, they blamed the Covid-19 for every delay. Despite my terrible experience, I thought I would give them one more shot recently, given they knew my property, so I requested a quote for a simple change of deeds, after five emails and three phonecalls over two weeks, I still haven't had a call back. Awful service.

The buyer of our house used this solicitor. All Id say is I dont know why anyone of sound mind would use this company. Slow to progress, slow to respond with no urgency to anything. Constantly feeding back that the only way they can communicate with the lawyer is through email as they are working from home. A lot of us are working from home but still have the use of mobile and home phones? Teams, Zoom... email isnt the only way to communicate ?? Its not an excuse Cost us thousands of pounds in additional costs as a result. Use anyone but this company for your conveyancing

1) The lawyer I made the appointment with did not turn up to the meeting, which I agreed to have at their offices. No explanation as to why not or an apology. I had to wait for 25 minutes in their reception area until a colleague was available to see me. No apologies offered or even a recognition that this is a bit unprofessional. 2) They apparently only take cash payments, which in itself is quite "unusual" for a law firm. Again, i was not made aware of this circumstance. After communicating that i do not carry cash at the moment (Covid) i was told by the receptionist that i had to go to an ATM to retrieve some. It was eventually sorted out but the entire experience of dealing with this place was unnecessarily unpleasant.
