It's a horrible horrible place with nasty and evil people. You can feel the nasty atmospshere and cut it with a knife. They think they are better than you when you are working and paid your taxes. The place is a dump.

  • They are not helpful at all. There were 3 staffs standing there without anything to do. When I went to them and asked to get registered. They told me they only help who is on universal credit. I told them I called HMRC already I lost my job. All I wanted just try to get job as quick as possible. I don't want get on benifit. They said just go home and waiting for the benefit people call me to have an appointment. So, they are trying to get people to rely on benefit instead of trying to get people jiobs.

I liked and friendly atmosphere all employees in the centre and my work coach Nora that treated their work and responsibly and in good faith. Very good center.

To begin with, I had a work coach that wasnt very committed with the regular checks and follow ups, I didnt understand the purpose to it as nothing was being done. I then had a change over to another work coach (Michael), I cant state enough how helpful and committed he was throughout my journey. He had such a positive attitude which gave me the reassurance and energy that I needed. I believe, he was the definition of work coach and honestly went by the rules and made a change to someones journey; thats what you call a rewarding job. Im not the one to usually leave reviews, but I think work coaches like Michael should be praised and taken notice of, there the people that actually DO their job right!
