I wish I could give them negative stars. Despite the high cost of the beds, I have received the worst customer experience of my life. I purchased a 3000 mattress from them 3 months ago and I stil don't have it. I have called them with at least 6 times and then they never follow through. I finally got a delivery scheduled for today and they just called to say they don't have it in stock (system error, lol) and we have to wait another week. I regret ever walking in to their store.

Very unwelcoming. My partner and I walked in and the man at the front desk looked up at us and didn't even say hello or offer to help. We walked to the woman at the back who we asked for help, but one of her first questions was "what is your budget for your bed" rather than what we were looking for. We didn't have a budget but were made to feel as a younger couple that our business was not of importance. I would recommend instead Button and Sprung, a short walk away who had incredible customer service, who gave us our own pillow on arrival to try out the beds, who show you around the different ones and explained what would work for us before showing us to an upper, dimly lit floor where you can try them and ring a bell if you need help. Basically, visiting here was like the scene from Pretty Woman. We went elsewhere and spent our money where it was valued
