        I've been sent away three time trying to buy Hana, because the pharmacist was not qualified to give it to me. I have been buying this pill from this store in the past with no problems, so not sure why suddenly I am unable to. Would be helpful if the current pharmacist could be given additional training on this type of pil.

        I went to Boots today and I was helped by a lovely young lady called Leyle who helped my find makeup and recommended make up and found me testers and was very patient and helpful. She also showed me personally round the shop as I had a lot of different things to buy. Thank you so much! Happy Nee Year!
