The Chelsea Lodge Restuarant and Bar

We booked the place for an event for 200 people. Terribly slow service. Food was meant to come out at 7.30pm but we received mains at 10pm. Terrible customer service. They set up the tables incorrectly and for the wrong number of people. We had to correct it ourselves when we arrived 30 mins before the event. This was despite booking over a month in advance for our event. Now we have members complaining due to the restaurants terrible service.

Unbelievably slow service. Roughly an hour and a half wait between each dish, and to make things worse, the portions were tiny (for insight, the first attached picture is supposedly a Chicken & Duck Liver Parfait) and the food wasnt even close to decent. The place was really cramped and theres no sense of order in this establishment. Charging 15 for a small glass of rum and Coke? Dreadful.

Would not recommend at all. Went for an event at 7pm and starters only came at 9pm. Food portions were very small and didnt meet expectations. Not worth the money we paid. Ordered apple crumble as dessert and they only served cooked apple with some crumbs? The tables were terribly set up that left no space for people to walk around. My friend had to move her chair every 5 minutes to let people walk through. Time and money wasted.
