        Very expensive, do not respect the timings. Many Appointments were not achieved without notice. They only care of the First Appointment to grab 100 from you., then dont care about the repair Appointments later. Fraud and Theives

        Run away!!! Worst experience ever! They charged 100 pounds for a diagnostic, they told me there was a valve issue, 1 week later they came to my home and they realised they ordered the wrong spare part. I had to call them for a new booking slot. They gave me a new booking and they charge me 50 pounds for the valve. They didn't show up. I called them. They gave me a NEW appointment for Saturday. What time? ALL DAY. They didn;t show up. They finally came, they installed the valve and they noticed a leak. They left and now they have to order another spare part that I have to pay for, of course. Almost 4 weeks since I hired the service. Never again!

        SO DISHONEST! Use any other repair company. I repeatably skipped work to be home for their engineers who decided not to come anyway. Then demanded that I pay 160 for them to come back. When calling to talk through the situation the operator might as well have been a robot. No help and no understanding of the situation. Be warned, they are a big scam! Service: Stove & cooktop repair

        One star is too high to rate this company. 47 min on the phone trying to make an appointment. Disconnected twice while waiting. My turn kept jumping from next on line to third on line to second . Never answered. Good indication on their service.
