        Terrible service. Engineer arrived, stayed 2 minutes before saying he wouldnt be able to fix the wine cooler, despite having had a description of both the fault and model of wine cooler in advance. He departed abruptly and the company charged 90 on my credit card. Asked for a partial refund considering no work was done and didn't get a response for weeks. Please think twice before using this shambolic company. Service: Refrigerator repair

        I waited in all afternoon but the technician didn't come, because the email requesting a visit went into their spam folder. On the plus side, when I told them they did arrange another visit promptly.
