        Switch their phone off, been trying to get through for an hour, hence unable to get any help with the non delivery of a redi repeat prescription for an elderly relative .

        The surgery and the rest of the team in the pharmacy are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to help you but unfortunately the pharmacy is let down by one male team member. Very different in how he handles things, communication skills, patience, understanding and consideration are attributes he seems to have forgotten about... My only reason for such a low rating.
