Parsloes Surgery

Very poor care for patients. I arrived at the wrong partner practice and contacted the correct practice notifying them of my mistake. When I arrived at the gp 5 minutes later the doctor told me to re book. The doctor couldn't spare 5-10 minutes to see me after and ungoing known condition. Very unhappy with their lack of care.

Was told numerous times surgery would be open today for covid vaccinations. Went to the vaccination centre round the back where myself and a large group of people were waiting. After an hour of waiting (this included knocking, ringing the door bell and attempting to phone the surgery), a builder from the site next door said that the surgery was not open and he now had to close the gates to the car park where we were all waiting.

Can't get appointment unless you call at 8 in morning and I work very late so not up at 8 in morning . No appointment for me !!

Waiting in freeze cold garden long for booster jabthey should have arranged warm facilityI have not seen this much wait in coldest area not happy and not recommending
