These people, who I hadn't dealt with before, rescheduled the work I wanted done when they discovered I had no heating or hot water, so that both were restored more quickly. Reasonable rates. Very pleasant attitude. I am planning to use them again to get some radiators replaced.

Our Vaillant boiler was making some rather alarming noises and I contacted The Plumber ABS who were able to schedule me in just a few days time. Barry arrived exactly on time after a courtesy call to say he was on the way. It turned out our boiler was overdue a service and Barry quickly set to work dismantling it and replacing all the leaking seals and gaskets, as well as cleaning the burner. The magnetic filter was removed and cleaned and then after he'd put it all back together, he did some tests to make sure it was functioning correctly and safely. The whole process took just over an hour and Barry left no mess or dirt. He even adjused and balanced the radiators for no extra charge and ensured that our heating was lovely and warm throughout the house. The difference is amazing and our boiler is now silent again. I would highly recommend this company and having watched Barry work, it's clear that his knowledge of these boilers is exceptional. He had ALL the necessary service parts with him and explained exactly what he was doing so I was reassured. Great value for money too. Service: Water heater repair
