Jo is a sincere and knowledgable VA, who I would recommend to anyone. She knows how to set up the technical side of things and has some great ideas for social media engagement. Working with her certainly gave me a feeling of being in a team, as opposed to "doing it alone". She is also sensitive to others needs, and supportive in a genuine way.

I have used Jo's services across a number of my business interests, in a variety of capacities and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is the consummate professional, completely unflappable, and has been my lifesaver more than once. She's great at the admin stuff (goes without saying), but her natural creativity and warmth mean that she has a special talent for social media management (in fact anything creative/artistic). She currently manages the end2end social media for 2 of my businesses, growing one from zero to 3K followers in around 3 months, to a fairly tight ad budget. She plans and schedules all of our posts and ads, researching content and ideas and designing image posts from scratch (quotes, infographics, etc) - so she's the complete package. Jo also does some video editing for us from time to time - again - brilliantly done. If you're looking for someone to help build your business a following she is absolutely your woman.
