Dear Dream Clean Ovens, reply as expected. I never said you ruined my oven (I kept the msgs and that word does not appear and you flatly refused to come back to even look so you dont know what happened fully as the pictures I sent you are not of good clarity. which is why I wanted you to return, You have also attacked my good name by saying we must have done something to it or used it. No company should ever dismiss or treat a customer like this. None of this would be happening if you only came round for a quick visit and chat. Alas, you refused and are putting the blame on the customer 100%. There are always two sides to a story. Where to start? A total and complete lack of professionalism. There is no desire on their part to retain customers. Our oven was cleaned about 2 wks ago and it looked great when they had finished it. A few days later, a film started to form on the oven floor and now it is all over the sides and back as well. I did not use the oven for a few days after it was cleaned and then this started. I asked them to come back to have a chat and explain to me what could have happened but they refused with you said the oven was cleaned well and we will not be coming back. Icing on the cake was when this company blocked any communication with me. I did not ask for a refund, just wanted a chat. If customer service and aftercare are what you desire in a company, go elsewhere. Sadly, their refusal to come back and blocking our messages, well, the saga will continue. No doubt they will come back with a rude reply saying we accepted the oven when they left, and we did. Aftercare is the issue here. Oh yes, they also said our oven was the filthiest they had ever seen. Ouch, but I think they forgot what type of business they are in. Service: Cleaning

Terrible experience from start to finish with this outfit, booked to have my oven cleaned a whole month in advance in preparation for Christmas 2021. Come appointment day and the cleaner doesn't show up, after eventually getting hold of them I'm told they had lost all bookings, however the oven cleaner said he was on another job?? Thought you had lost all the bookings?? This has ended up costing my own business financially due to down time whilst waiting for the pre arranged appointment with dream clean ovens. Zero in the way of any form of compensation offered for my own losses for the day, not even any reduction in a oven clean for my inconvenience and financial loss. Loads of other companies out there doing this kind of work so go elsewhere or face having your time and money wasted.
