Mike was the consummate professional throughout - We first met with Mike and shared our high level concept, he drew up various ideas that would help us maximise the space and made the whole process a LOT of fun. Mike was on hand throughout the build and was very committed. We had a number of issues with building control which went on a lot longer than was necessary, even though the building work itself was finished, Mike helped us to square away all of the issues and we could not be happier with the end result.
