        Darlings used to be good but they are now money grabbing. Charged 2,500 for minor roof repairs to a terraced house roof which were not of good quality (large crack in bedding of ridge tile) and an additional almost 200 for repairing a supposed leak through a vent only to find out subsequently that the cause was nothing to do with the roof at all! From inspection there was no evidence of any repair either.

        Charged me 1000 for emergency repairs on a terrace house for gutter leaks (4 man hours), but it leaked all the same on the first rain. Refused to attend the property again saying there are no guarantees on repairs. Extremely disappointing.
