HAHA is an incredible and very large allotment site in Tunbridge Wells. The best thing about this spot - its fully run by its members and is not government owned. After waiting for a year and a half on the waiting list we finally have been allocated our plot! You have the option to get 5 rods (half a plot) or 10 rods (a full plot) option. As we are starting out, we decided to go for 5 rods. Paying all the membership fees, deposits, key costs, and rent, the first year total came to about 100. Following years would be around 32 - these prices are phenomenal. Already met so many incredible, knowledgeable and passionate allotment owners where we hope to learn a lot from to eventually make our plot a successful veggie machine. There is also space for cars on gate 4 which is extremely useful when coming to visit with lots of equipment.
