Konnect Recruit Ltd

I worked 3 days last week starting Wednesday and was promised more work on the same site but different fase, turned up today (monday) just to be told by the project manager they never asked for anyone else other than the 3 days I've already done. Further more the lady who supposedly set up the "long term work" on the other fase was refusing to answer the phone to me and wouldn't reply to my texts. Completely unacceptable behaviour and I cancelled another job for this!?

Konnect like to mess people around. Terrible agency, the worst I have ever experienced and I have worked for many agencies in the past. The fact that they spell connect with a K just goes to show that something isn't right there.

I have recently started work on a site in broadstairs Kent/Thanet. The company and other employees at L@G homes are lovely but I couldnt have done it without loads of help and support from Bradley Brooker, a very kind and helpful agent of Konnect recruitment. The moment a position opened up he told me straight away and got to work immediately organizing my first day and giving me time to make sure I had the correct PPE required to work in the position. Even out of hours he is respectful and punctual in answering any questions I have and always goes the extra mile to make sure I understand and am happy with how things are progressing. So far I have only ever had interactions with Bradley but if his fellow employees are half as dedicated to spending their time making sure everythings in order and the right things are getting done I bet they have a very long list of satisfied clients and agency workers to boast of. Thank you again Bradley, youre a legend and a nice guy
