Me and my girlfriend are first time buyers and were recommended Sarah. She is absolutely brilliant. She has helped us to find the best mortgage offer, helped sort out the insurances and made this whole experience much less stressful for us. Our property journey got a bit longer than expected and the mortgage offer was about to run out, but Sarah sorted it out right away. Sarah has been brilliant throughout! She found us a mortgage that we were very happy with and much better than we would have found ourselves. If we had queries she would reply to my emails straight away with an answer. If we ever encountered a problem Sarah worked hard to resolve it for us and she continued to keep us updated a long the way, so we never had to chase her. She has made our whole experience a lot less stressful than it could be been. I would definitely recommend Sarah and Mortgage Access!
