Mike at Ambassador Pools is a real asset to the company. He sold us our pool at a reasonable price. He is so pleasant to deal with and is very customer focused. He helped with advice on how to set it up our pool, what system to use (Filtration, pump & Heating), as well as what chemicals to use. He helped to source items which would have meant that our pool would not be operational without it. Mike is great, Ambassador pools is great and I will not be shopping anywhere else for my pool needs.

So I had a failed water pump for my swimming pool that is below ground with a complete Structural in-house set up,3 and a half foot shallow end 7 foot deep end,forgive me if iv the wrong name,I believe it was Mike ?,this guy was such a nice guy,made to feel welcomed wholeheartedly,I explained my situation gave him photos of said failed pump,as pump was an old one not much description was left readable on it,with a little more information passed to Mike *he found the pump I needed,and oh my days,the performance of this pump is incredible,so two things Id like to add..1)do NOT hesitate to go to this shop if in need of pool equipment,advice on pool equipment even if you are not too ofay with things you will 100% come out satisfied and sorted,and the second thing is to say a HUGE thank you for your expertise and advice on the problem and how efficient you Sorted it !!!! I will purchase from you more often With kindest regards Harvey
