Absolutely brilliant service in every perspective. Customer oriented staff, all ranges of carpets to suits anyone's budget, smooth clear process from choosing carpets till fitting & clearing all old carpets. David & Shane were really helpful in suggestions suitable to our budget and requirements. Fitters are great with years worth of experience. Left home neat and clean. Invoicing and Payments process is transparent with no discrepancies at later stage. I was highly recommended to Carpet Zone with someone within family and I will echo on that.

Had a carpet fitted yesterday. When finished fitters went to van. Fitter A returned and started vacuuming. I noticed he had his shoes on. Problem was they were using French doors straight from garden to access room. I spoke to fitter B who said yes he should have taken his shoes off. Fitter B and I waited until fitter A had finished and I asked him why he was on my brand new carpet in dirty shoes. His reply was he had wiped his feet on a piece of old carpet. I asked where it was as the room was totally empty, he replied he had given it to fitter B. No he hadn't and fitter B looked horrified. Why lie and involve your colleague? I contacted Carpetzone as did fitter A however he omitted to mention the lie he told. All I received from Carpetzone was 'sorry' and was actually made to feel as if I shouldn't be complaining. As a consequence I cancelled another fitting job, though went ahead with another as had paid and likely not be given a refund. Fitter A is a grown man and should know better. Very disappointed but don't think Carpetzone particularly cared. Would never recommend nor use again. So much for using small independent local services.

Great choice, really great service, a very fair price not sure what else you could ask for... a huge contrast to the larger shops we visited where we were ignored by the staff.
