Had a broken pull starting cord on my mower, took it in to Stacy on Wednesday pm and got it back Friday pm. Really great customer service from a really good company.

These guys are the real deal. Not only are they extremely helpful & knowledgeable, but they are also very friendly and professional. Following a rather unpleasant experience at another garden machinery company, these guys have been nothing short of astonishing. In particular, Simon and his colleagues in the parts department, and especially Dan from the service department who took the time to come and check out my mower that I had in the van in the car park. He gave me some helpful information to resolve a small issue I had. What a fantastic company. Thanks guys, I now need to look no further for my garden machinery requirements!
