We could not have made our dream wedding a reality without Nicola and the team! From the first phone call (before we had even booked her) to the day itself she could not have done more and made us feel more relaxed! The price you pay, which is so much lower than you would normally pay for a wedding planner, was hands down one of the best things we paid for for our wedding! Nicola was always available, took in all the information that we told her and helped put all of this together on the day. We had so many compliments about how smoothly everything went, and how relaxed everything felt and we truly could not have done this without BTSE. Thank you so much we are forever grateful. WOW!!!! I am SOOO grateful to Nicola for all her help in making my father's 80th birthday party at Beaulieu Motor Museum a really special occasion. I had already done some of the leg-work done - trying to organise a memorable occasion for about 100 people- but got so bogged down that I decided to give an event planner a try. From the initial phonecall, I found Nicola utterly approachable, friendly and down to earth, but also competent and professional at the same time- a rare combination! She has a huge amount of experience in the industry and liaised with the venue, sourced fabulous caterers, cake maker, photographer, balloons, and made lovely centrepieces for the tables, and some simple (which is what we wanted) flower arrangements. She was incredibly supportive, tolerant of our multiple plan/date/venue possible changes. On the day she oversaw the set up of suppliers, and enabled the smooth running of the event, which was made difficult by the staffing shortage at the venue. My son says I have written way too much for a review - "just say she was brilliant." My daughter says "thank you for giving us back our mum!" (ok- so I may have been a LITTLE bit stressed organising a huge party in just a few weeks). Either way- I THOROUGHLY recommend Behind The Scenes Events- and will probably be cross when I remember all the other things Nicola made happen. (did I mention a box of bright umbrellas because it looked like rain, cake boxes for absent guests and spare face-masks and hand sanitiser just in case?) And on top of all this- I was very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable her charges were. Enough said! Nicola- THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!

I don't even know where to begin to describe Nicola and her lovely Mum Sandra. Nicola saw us through three wedding postponements due to covid, multiple creative changes of plans including a number of venue changes and still managed to pull off the most spectacular on the day coordination at our reception venue. She is friendly and approachable yet still amazingly professional and knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand - exactly who you would want to guide you through the whole wedding planning process. She always had an answer, even when everything was in limbo while we were waiting for guidelines on current restrictions, and was always willing to work on our plan B. Not only did she give us a multitude of tips and ideas, but she created the most beautiful tables along with our florist, worked brilliantly alongside the venue staff and coordinator and ensured that all of our guests were directed and looked after on the day. Sandra also helped us with some beautiful calligraphy for our table name frames. We can't thank Nicola enough for being a part of our day (and for being with us for the whole of the lead up - which was a lot longer than we originally anticipated!) and would recommend her to anyone looking for help with planning or on the day coordination.

Nicola and her team worked so hard to make our special day perfect. Everything was thought of and with exceptional attention to detail. Using Behind The Scenes Events really took the pressure off us on the day leaving us to feel relaxed and have fun. Thank you Behind the Scenes Events we couldnt have done it without you!
