I could not recommend boxed bridal enough, Amy's contact over email has been extremely prompt and very helpful. The service Nickie provide on drop off and collect was very friendly and welcoming. She truly cares for your dress and takes time to look over her to ensure it is perfect before patience and delicately boxing it away. Found Boxed Bridal on the internet and Facebook and as soon as I saw the before and after photos of other wedding dresses, I knew I had found the right company for the job! Living in South Manchester it was a courier service by DHL that proved effortless. However, the phone calls and email chats I had with Nickie was so friendly and she patiently answered my crazy questions (there were a few) Amy too, providing updates of the cleaning process ending with a fabulous photo of my daughters wedding dress all boxed up for the delivery home. Boxed bridal did a fantastic job of cleaning my wedding dress. I used their courier service as the business is miles away from my home, and it was all done with such ease.
