Danny and Chris were great! We had a poor experience at Peter Cooper in Horsham. They were so polite and they were great at agreeing a deal for our part exchange. All completed within 1 hour. Danny made sure the car was ready for us to take away and made the paperwork less painful. It was great to get a tea and a coffee in mug for me and my partner too on return from our test drive waiting on the desk! A star service would highly recommend. Thanks so much guys

Purchased an Evoque here yesterday. Danny was helpful and informative and we were invited to take a test drive on our own. Immaculate car reasonably priced for a dealer and we were offered a deal on a warranty, under no pressure, which we decided to take up. Indy at the Swanwick branch was excellent, he was able to find a great deal for me and kept in touch from begining to end, remaining as flexible as he could, explaining all aspects of the sale. The branch also gave me a decent price for my trade in. The rest of the team were very welcoming and Indy along with the rest of the team have earned my trust while dealing with them. A very straightforward and successful experience. Communication was good from the start. Gideon picked me up from the station and brought me to the garage. I was left to inspect the car at my leisure with no pressure. Gideon answered all my questions satisfactorily. The purchase was easy and all the paperwork completed with no pressure on additional services. I would highly recommend buying a car from Sparshatts.

Probably the best service Ive had with buying a car. Gideon and Chris were extremely professional and attentive. Went to look at a 2019 Ford Focus ST around 11am, car was bought, finance sent through and car was home by 3pm. Would highly recommend to anyone.
