        This branch has booked an appointment for someone who claims to be me and wants to open an account on my name. To be noted that I already have an account with the bank. The staff should have checked before making the appointment! It is absolutely ridiculous and threatening as this is fraudulent activity and I expect the bank to take action and call the Police when this "person" presents themselves to the appointment. I was sent a message on my mobile this morning about this appointment which came as a shock. Good New Year's Day present. Thanks HSBC!?!?
