We have been using Applecore for our own projects and client HMO developments for the last few years. We have used many architects over the years on various different projects but have found the entire team at Applecore a pleasure to work along side. Highly recommend them whether you are looking to develop HMOs or any other type of Property.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a very tricky conversion from residential to an HMO. The team dealt with it in a calm manner and we received planning permission a few days ago. I highly recommend using Applecore. Thanks to Sam, Carianne, Charlie and Maisie. Using them on my next one!

Applecore were fantastic throughout the entire process. They did the design, planning and building regulation applications for me. They always kept to the timescales promised and their communication was brilliant. Our plans had an objection from a neighbour but Applecore dealt with it immediately and got the initial plans approved without amendments. I highly recommend Applecore, they will not let you down!!
