The service we received from Charlotte was personal and prompt throughout. She responded to messages at times I would not have expected and went out of her way to be helpful and supportive to us. Losing our Dad was a painful experience, but she helped us make the funeral a fitting tribute of which I am sure he would have approved.

We chose Massam and Marshall to guide us through Mum's funeral as we felt an independant Funeral Direcor would give a more personal touch. We were very fortunate to have Charlotte oversee everything. She and her team treated both Mum with dignity and all of the family with compassion and understanding at all times. Charlotte guided us through everything with professionalism and yet managed to be warm and personable. The day of the funeral went really smoothly due to her and her team and Charlotte was turned out immaculately as were the team and vehicles. We cannot thank you enough for helping us to give Mum the farewell that she so much deserved. Thank you Charlotte and everyone at Massam and Marshall.

Charlotte did a sterling job for our brother Grahams funeral. Despite our living in the south of England. Charlotte invited us all to partake in a zoom meeting and asked the vicar to join her. She told us we could contact her at any time. Her attention to detail, especially on the order of service and providing a George Formby to play at the crematorium was second to none. Very professional and from the moment you speak to them they take full care of you and the wishes of the deceased in my case my wife and myself and not forgetting the service its self, wonderful people.

What a outstanding service Joanne,David and team showed myself and family, From the moment we meet the team they went above and beyond. Nothing was to much. The compassion and empathy that was given throughout was outstanding. They helped bring my sister home from scunthorpe, and 10 wks later helped me thought the process again with my mum. I would highly recommend Masson and Marshall for a true caring service when you have lost a loved one.
