I enquired about couple of properties however never got a response. I have submitted even a form on their website but still got no response. So I presume they have certain choices for particular houses and the rest have no chance or even be worth a response. Did feel disappointed as now the house we enquired about has been rented out.

I am so impressed with this Company. I wanted to keep rental properties in an area from which I was moving. Hugh was so helpful, making sure the properties were updated well and for a reasonable cost. Not my experience with other Management Companies. That was just over 2 years ago and I haven't had one worry in all that time. If you are wondering about using this Company, don't hesitate - they are a gold star find.

I went to view a property yesterday. It was an uncomfortable experience. I didnt get the opportunity to ask any questions, which, isnt such a problem, however, Hugh made comments regarding the previous tenant having a bed in the living room. Not only that, i felt uncomfortable with the way me and my friend was looked at, and i felt that i was being judged, mainly for my appearance of having tattoos & the fact i was young. I mentioned i was on DSS and didnt exactly receive a great facial expression. (DSS was explained on the phone prior to viewing, and was told it was OK for this property.) I found it also incredibly rude how I was told to email a colleague, of which i did not get told the email, therefore emailing the person i met with asking, and being ignored. Not only this, ALL my calls were ignored throughout the day, ( i was interested in the property regardless of my experience, as just like any of us applying, we are looking for a home. so i did call multiple times, probably more than i shouldve bothered with) and when i called on my mothers phone (instant answer) told them who i was, instantly hung up on. I have emailed asking to speak with management, to write a formal complaint but i will probably be ignored for this too. Would not recommend. Thought id add, i understand that people are busy, especially estate agents, ( i just received an email saying they were busy) but my experience with Hugh in particular was uncomfortable.
