        Friendly, professional and reliable. I had some issues in transferring payment (issues with my bank) and Andrew was very patient, responsive and helpful throughout. Gave advice in relation to chasing Target which was helpful. Would 100% recommend Andrew.

        Andrew carried out our help to buy valuation and fit us in at short notice which was great. He was very friendly and professional and made the process very smooth. Andrew has been so helpful with this process, we had no idea what to be doing to repay help to buy and Andrew explained all the steps to ensure our timescales would work. Andrew maintained contact through initial contact to the report being sent and trusted his advice from the first email. Our valuation and report were completed on the same day which was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

        Andrew has been absolutely fantastic! A highly recommended RICS Surveyor. He was able to fit my valuation in very quickly and did an excellent thorough job. From the time I appointed him to the time I received the report was a couple of days. Very impressed and would highly recommend. Andrew is very knowledgeable of the market and trends and provided a non-biased, expert and professional valuation report. Andrew is used for private and mortgage valuations and his expertise enabled us not pay over the odds for a house that was simply not worth it. His report used a lot of sold comparable properties and recommended alternatives, currently listed on the market, which other surveyors hadnt, making it easy to trust his expertise and make informative decisions. We would not hesitate to use him in the future. Thank you Andrew !!
