Aqua Tech did a good job on the exterior including removing a handful of light scratches as agreed in the price, however he did a very rushed and incomplete job on the interior, he didn't shampoo carpets or clean the leather seats (both agreed in quote), didn't clean plastic trims, clean interior of windows, didn't even wipe the steering wheel or dash clean and left areas needing vacuuming, we're talking about a 200 FULL valet here. He was here for 2 hours and charged me 200, I was expecting a high end finish, I could have got better at a drive thru car wash Mini Valet for 40. My only mistake was not checking the finish properly before paying him (I was working from home), I ended up finishing the job myself, taking 3 extra hours to do so. Ben was not interested when I politely asked for a partial refund, he told me I should have called and asked him to come back and rectify the mistakes, well my answer to that is you should have done the job properly in the first place. I leave this review in the hope that he ups his game and gives EVERY client the service and attention to detail they deserve and have paid for, you're only as good as your last job. Pictures show example of the lack of attention to detail, it took me a minute to wipe this plastic door sill clean after he'd gone (a very basic part of a valet). Booked in. Got the reminder email yesterday. Cleaned the car out in time for him coming. He just didnt turn up, no notification or anything. Text asking what was happening and got no reply. Wasted our time - we could have booked in elsewhere. We have a few cars that we wanted to set up a regular valeting for and was testing out this service on our smallest car. Definitely dont recommend. Terrible service.
