    Worst experience I have had. Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star. Avoid at all costs. Called the garage on Friday afternoon asking if a car was available, was told that it was so I arranged to view the car later that day. Arrived after a two hour journey and spoke with the salesman that I spoke to on the phone. Had a look at the car and agreed to buy it. The deposit was paid there and then. Monday morning I got a call from the same salesman asking if I was still okay to pick the car up on the day we had agreed. Later that day at 5pm I got a call from the sales manager who told me that the car had been sold before I bought it. I understand that people can reserve cars very quickly online or over the phone but I don't understand how it took them three days to realise this! But the worst part was the service after this as they avoided my calls all week and offered no help in finding an alternative car, which they said they would. Avoid at all costs, complete amateurs.

    We purchased a used Range rover sport and were being totally honest it has to be the WORST customer service we have ever experienced in our history of car purchasing . Absolutely Zero calls back from Myles the sales manager on 3 consecutive occasions also backed up by emails for a response. We personally would never use this garage again!

    My husband and I bought a car and part exchange our old car 3 weeks ago. We were waiting till yesterday to get the money for the part exchange car and still they got the amount wrong. They still have to send us back over 600. Why do we have to chase our money? We called so many times and everything is taking so long to be sorted out. Very unprofessional, avoid if you can

    Would give this franchise zero points if I could. No compliance to procedure. Bought an expensive X5 and put an X3 in part ex, but although they said they would, no bothered to tell DVLA. . Asked for help numerous times by phone and email, but no-one would respond. Lost 2 month tax from my X3. Not happy
