        Had to visit this garage as I had a slowly deflating tyre on arrival at Knaresborough. It was a Saturday and having called many local garages the only one that said they could help was ATS. I had planned on having to buy a new tyre and having spoken to Craig the shop manager on the phone he confirmed he had the one I needed in stock. On arrival Craig said he would check the tyre first as it might be repairable. He personally jacked up the van and removed the wheel to check and could find no leaks. He then sprayed water on the valve and it was this that caused the leak. He produced a small key from his pocket and tightened the valve checked again problem solved. He then re inflated the tyre before re fitting it. I was amazed at Craig's level of customer service and how very helpful he had been through the whole process. He refused to accept any payment for the work saying he had not done anything. While I was there a lady arrived with a very flash motor who had a low tyre pressure warning. Craig checked all her tyres and pumped them all back up for her and again took no payment. This guy is a gentleman who really knows his stuff and is the most helpful person I have ever met in his industry. Thank you Craig for all you did for me and I would thoroughly recommend this ATS depot to anyone who needs tyres.
