Victoria was excellent to talk to But,,,, As we waited We purchased a Mercedes clock on display the salesperson they said is a metal but It was plastic ! One of the g wagons was washed?? all patchy all over . Thats why I said not to wash mine. The g wagons were both returned to us with all the settings out of place. It may not be a big deal for the engineers but for us its annoying to reset everything. We were told to wait out front for the car one came straight away, the other we waited 45 minutes no car yet, I went back inside and Victoria said it was parked at the back, what a waste of time! We where promised inspection videos never happened When I called they said machines broken Its a shame as you are local to me and could bring my 2 g wagons to you for service but my experience with your garage makes me wonder. Im not happy writing this review as I am a jct 600 customer for 35 years. But this may help you to improve your services for others.

Jack Oakley is a star and a credit to Mercedes Benz Harrogate, I have not completed the transaction just yet, however so far he has gone over and above expectations. I am in London and he has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, with videos, pictures and communication. Thank you Jack keep shining!
