    Ive been participating in Kates pre-natal yoga. Kate makes the classes really relaxed & creates a lovely space for Mums to be. She is really knowledgeable about so many topics relating to pregnancy & always offers great advice.

    Kate's corporate class was the perfect antidote to a busy workday, as much as anything for the peace and mental space it gave me. The class she taught at Fever London was varied, professional, inclusive and very enjoyable. I wish we could still do them!

    I love Kates classes, have been going to her prenatal yoga class since I was 14 weeks pregnant and am already seeing improvements in my strength and flexibility. Lovely calm, supportive atmosphere with candles, snacks and tea!

    I attended Kates mum and baby yoga classes and cant rate them highly enough. Kate is an exceptional teacher, very knowledgeable and generous. She is clearly trained way beyond my current level, but she pitches the classes just right for mums recovering from birth or c-sections. Totally inclusive. She sprinkles in elements of yoga flow, breath work, meditation, hypoppressives, physio, pelvic floor and ab recovery. The babies are well cared for, with tons of toys and sensory stimulation, each class has a baby massage/singing section, and Kate is happy to hold, cuddle and walk with any fussy babies so mum can truly relax. I could have cried when I first walked in the room as a frazzled, hormonal new mum and Kate offered me tea and biscuits!! This class is a cut above other baby classes and local yoga classes. I shall miss it!
