I have been working for ''Always Flourishing'' since February 2022.Unlike other agencies, I have never been asked by AF to leave any review, but would like to do it myself to say a big thank you in public, as in a few days am about to start a new role in a state school. I am still an MSc student, so things are still pretty challenging for me, but thanks to their understanding and great support service, I have made it through and have been able to work in both Reading and Oxford areas. Always Flourishing gave me an excellent opportunity to work in my area and I thoroughly enjoyed it! My recruitment consultant Ellis is fabulous, easy to approach, always accessible and lovely. She will always make sure you are okay and you are enjoying the place you are working at and very good at giving advice.
