    I have been having PT sessions with Ross for 2 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed being trained by him. Each session has been supportive and enjoyable and I am seeing results weekly. I recommend Ross as a PT, he listened to and understood what I wanted to achieve and gave sound advice for not only exercise but diet too.

    Ive been working with Ross for nearly a month now and the results speak for themselves. Ive lost nearly a stone in weight (Fat) whilst gaining some toned muscle mass and starting now to feel so much better in myself. The diet programme he puts together is a realistic plan to follow and I will be able to stick to this one! He's professional, knows his stuff about a variety of different exercises which keeps it fun. Its hard work but thats what you want! Highly recommended

    I have been working with Ross for two months now to help me lose weight and improve my fitness. as a 53 year old, overweight man recovering from a hip replacement I started with fairly low expectations of what I would achieve. In two months I have lost 1 1/2 stone and my body fat % is 5% less than it was at the end of the summer when I started training. Ross has a really friendly relaxed style and I really enjoy the gym sessions and have been intermittent fasting following a discussion about the best way to lose weight (I love my food and have never been a dieter so this was a big step but actually find it really easy to manage). I am so pleased with the results so far and aim to lose another stone and another 5% body fat to get to my targets by the end of the year. I would certainly recommend Ross if you are local to Pangbourne and looking to lose weight or get fit (or both).
