Got stuck in the roadworks Leaving Reading University, which was a site managed by these clowns. We were waiting for 45 mins with no explanation. When I asked what was happening the foreman told me he could Legally keep us for an hour, swore at me, was threatening and incredibly rude. The tarmac surface looked pretty poor to me when we eventually were allowed to pass but Id steer clear of them, the workers were aggressive and rude.

absolutely despicable - doing roadworks outside reading university in the middle of the working day with absolutely no regard for anybody trying to get in or out. had dozens of cars trying to get out and after half an hour of no movement people started to get out to talk to the workers. the man claiming to be the foreman bordered on verbal assault, and said they could keep us up to an hour legally. we finally got out after almost an hour and having missed important meetings. i would recommend avoiding pro tar at all costs, they are discourteous, aggressive and just plain rude.
