A family member was told 10-12 weeks to let the ground settle, 19 weeks later (numerous emails, no replies) and when you try and phone the message says to email, I had to get the Parish Council involved, we finally got the headstone in place, communications was aweful and excuses after excuses would NEVER use them again. I did email you and infact you sent a nasty one back would you like me to share the evidence on here??? Even with all the hassle they had the Headstone looks beautiful and in situ for her birthday.

Excellent service, quality memorial stone. The original stone looked as good 30 years after it was laid, it then had my mums name added. Thank you.
