Just came from Tilehurst to do my laundry, paid parking and paid for washing powder and the dispenser is empty. Luckily there was another customer who had the good sense to bring her own detergent and saved my sanity. I will bring my own in future and not rely on this business to fulfil it's end of the bargain. Nothing worse than paying for an empty cup.

Helpful staff (I dealt with a woman called Jeanie I think) they can change notes for coins and have detergent for 20p a cup... Quite clean and neat when I went
