        Not sure diversity and inclusion in the HR process is as expected. CEO should be more involved knowing his 'C' players are now hiring more C players in an ALREADY very 'restricted ' community. Almost visceral and a dry rot.

        I've worked at XP Power for almost 8 years now. They've grown a lot over the years and this hasn't pleased everyone but I've always been treated fairly and been given opportunities to train and get promotions. Their lab equipment is excellent and their DC/DC products are some of the best in the industry. I would highly recommend.
