My daughter has had a Dragon chair for the best part of 10 years and it has totally transformed her independance. Following her recent Spinal Surgery we needed a new headrest, a quick call to the support team and a new one was delivered the next day, excellent service.

Hard to believe it is 7 years since I started using a Dragon-I have needed to use a variety of mobility companies in this time, yet none have come close to the urgency and importance this company places on maintaining mobility and independence-it is like they have an A-Team ready and willing to put on the sirens and meet your needs!! The unique design even saved my life on one occasion! So many grateful thanks to Dan and the Team from myself and all the dogs and assistance Dogs you have help keep going for walks and training

This company are only interested in getting your money. And once they have it thats were your nightmare will begin.tell you chairs will be made in 12wks. We waited 13month and only got then as threatened legal action. 21grand and then 6 for after care on chair. So 27 grand in total.they use second hand parts on your new chair. Her head rest was filled with cardboard. Doctors at hospital banned her using it as unsafe.theve no morals no interest in your childs safety.there only concern is getting there hands on your money.theres a saying that sums up what is coming there way.!karma has no menu. You only get served what you deserve. If there chair was free of charge Id not recommend one. Stay clear from these people. Lower than the low

Absolute sham of a company, ripping people off, reported to trading standards and BBC rouge traders. After paying 27k and waiting nearly a year still no chair for my mates daughter. 5k for carry my dragon service on a chair they STILL dont have. AVOID THEY ARE BANDITS.
