Installed my awning over my patio Aug 2021. Not only were they great initially (personable, friendly, came when they said they would, installed it well), etc - I had to call as it was becoming a little too sensitive to wind and not only was Angie super lovely and helpful on the phone again but two engineers turned up the next day and fixed the fault in a hot second. Great customer service, highly recommended.

We have had a Lanai Iris roof installed, it is fabulous. The complete process from the initial contact, to a comprehensive survey by Costin through to the installation in early January again by Costin and Versilli was faultless. It is a beautiful piece of engineering that is admired by all who see it. One of our friends is so enthralled he wants one. First class service from the entire company. Thank you.

Met this company at The Homebuilding Show in Harrogate. Very impressed with the awning, so ordered one. Eventually it was fitted, but only after a long wait, due I was told, to the amount of orders placed and the fact they were made in (that very productive country!) Germany. When finally installed, late autumn, not much sun, so next year will have to arrange for it to be repositioned so it will actually give some shade from the sun. Awning itself is great, easy to operate via the remote and quite fast to open and close, and with the wind sensor fitted it shuts itself if too windy if were not around. Update November 2022. I've tried and tried to get them to come and reinstall my awning, after I had to have it taken down to have the wall rendered,- its easier to remove than it is to reinstall though! Just cannot get them to arrange a reinstall. Poor customer service. Update December 2022.....Angie got in touch and subsequently gave me what I thought is a rather expensive quote to get the awning refitted, but as my poor health precludes me from attempting it myself, I have little option; so the next call I'm hoping to get is one from the installation department for a date in the New Year. Watch this space!

Unbelievable ! Recently had the pleasure of using Lanai for 2 of the Iris units added to the rear of my property. I wish more companies offered such seamless service. From the survey to the installation, all contact with the staff from Angie in the office to Costin surveying and completing the work has been nothing more than Perfection. What a company, what an awesome product !
