        Incredibly rude and unhelpful receptionist. My husband was referred for an urgent appointment with this optometrist practice (by an audio vestibular consultant he had seen) and the receptionist was so harsh, impatient and obstructive it felt like she was making it so deliberately unpleasant and difficult. We gave up eventually, hes too unwell to be treated like that. Such a shame as apparently Dr Nanjuwany is good. But that makes little difference when your front line staff clearly despise having to deal with patients
