Sarah helped me at a particular time where the boarders had closed for New Zealand and there wasnt much information on when I was going to be allowed back. My situation was, I had arrived to the UK in December on a tourist Visa and was looking to change of to the youth mobility scheme visa. There is always rumours about someone who had a friend who popped over to Europe and waited this process out but it never really seemed possible from what I was told through reddit forums and Facebook pages. They all seemed to believe you had to go home to apply for this visa. By now I had already booked my flights and accomodation to Europe in hopes I can apply for a visa from there. I then stumbled upon Sarah at Britbound and she worked around everything I had already booked and made it work. She offered me advise on how to make things go faster but ultimately said its up to me. She delivered on everything she promised she would deliver on. And she made it clear there were things she was unsure of. She was always making sure I knew what was happening, what was expected. She always insisted on doing zoom calls and share screens to make sure you knew how to fill things out properly. I bought the full assistance package which is their cheapest package and what is included in that is everything you need to get a visa within the coming months. Honestly, I cant recommend Sarah enough. For the price you pay and the peace at mind it definitely is worth it. But you also have someone who works with these types of situations daily. The gov dot UK website is not very helpful and the rules seem to always be changing. Certain criterias need more information as it can be quite confusing. Sarah cleared everything up for me.
