        Ok for standard legal work on redundancy. Found too much call time wasted on less useful topics and little edge to squeeze the other side. My case wasn't eligible for unfair dismissal so it required advanced negotiation skill. Had hoped for a better outcome with legal advise. Ended up setting terms mostly myself and would have gotten same result by myself for the items that matter.
