Vey bad customer service. The man was extremely rude, backed turned the whole time. Requested mobile number on the parcel, which I refused to do. Kept pointing at the pick up time sign, refused to give a receipt and told me to go to another shop. Do not drop your parcels here!

Do not leave your parcel here. Extremely rude shopkeeper, asked for my mobile number on the parcel, which i was not willing to do. Had his back to me and told me to go to another shop. refused to give a receipt for the parcel.

These guys are the worst. Dont seem to have a printer for parcels, dont give a receipt, barely communicate and will throw a pen at you and demand you write your number on the parcel. Its bizarre. Took my phone without asking, and then the parcel is not showing as being sent 24 hours later, so I have to go again and have another insane experience. Lads, just be cool, talk to customers, the vibes are poor. Dont ship from here, the one on Putney Bridge is a better spot for yodel, 2 minutes walk away.

Went to drop off parcel, member of the stuff told me to write down my phone number on the parcel, when I asked why, as I never had to do this as its seem odd and didn't want my phone number to be in a parcel (it was automatically printed label) he didn't want to explain. And told me to write a number or he won't take it. He was rude all the time as well. Went somewhere else and no issue with sending package.

The do not accept parcels even though they have an agreement with DPD/Asos. Do not use this store for drop offs completely inept, rude and worse thing is they dont care.
