        Roxburgh constructed my basement a numbers of years ago and have been servicing my foul and ground water pumps for a number of years. However, they were not interested in helping me after I started experiencing an overpowering sewage smell in my basement every time the pumps were running. After a number of months and extensive investigation work (at my own expense), it turned out the pumps had not been properly installed by Roxburgh. I have told them the outcome of the investigation a while back but the owner, Richard, does not seem to care very much as I still haven't heard back from him...hopefully he will respond when he reads this review...
