3 showers leaking and destroyed rooms below, some failed attempts at fixing them I was defeated until I found Bancroft Livingston Bathrooms. They were a delight to have around the house and worked with us to sort out the best solutions without the doom and gloom scenarios that I had experienced previously. It seemed like an impossible task before Bancroft Livingston Bathrooms arrived. They did exactly what they said, when they said and did the work beautifully. Protected flooring, cleaned up and left us with 3 showers working beautifully. No hesitation in recommending them. Services: Repair water fixtures, Remodeling

Jake and Leon fitted both our main bathroom and cloakroom and we were so impressed with them. We had already had our en-suite bathroom fitted by another plumber and had all sorts of problems. If only we had known about Bancroft-Livingston sooner and what a difference it makes using a professional bathroom fitter. They really know their stuff and managed the whole project end to end, including tiling and re-laying floorboards. I was very specific with everything I wanted (probably annoyingly so) and attention to detail is very important to me. But Jake and Leon never made me feel like I was being difficult and understood exactly where I was coming from. Even when what I wanted was hard to achieve, they always found a way to make it work. The quality of their work is outstanding. They are also thoroughly reliable, always arrive on time, always call you back and always do what they say they will do. They are extremely tidy and always clear up when they finish for the day. They are also a real pleasure to have around, friendly, easy going, nothing too much trouble. We really missed them when they finished. Jake and Leon did a superb job, we have the most stunning bathroom now and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
