        Friendly staff, nice tea and coffee, but the food was average and over-priced. Our 7:15 cheese paninis almost totally lacked cheese (I think they were running out of ingredients), and our 2.50 flapjacks were small and soggy. They refunded one of these without querying, which we appreciated. Also, though the servers on the day we visited were very nice, they were chaotic, forgetting orders and getting confused.
