Cotswold Lodge

Painswick is a hidden gem in the beautiful Cotswolds, with some gorgeous local walks, and is the perfect location to explore all that the Cotswolds has to offer. Cotswold Lodge is the ideal base from where to start; beautifully decorated, it perfectly blends modern functionality and old-fashioned Cotswolds charm. Hannah has put a great deal of thought into what her guests might want or need and nothing has been forgotten. We spent a long weekend there earlier in the Summer and I won't hesitate to book again the next time we visit the area. I can't recommend highly enough.

WOW! We stayed here for a long weekend after our wedding. It was the perfect place to relax and recover. Everything you could ever want has been thought of in this beautiful cottage. Hannah truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. What a gorgeous place Painswick is too. We could not recommend the Cotswold Lodge enough.

Hannahs lodge is absolutely wonderful. She has literally thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and give you that home from home feeling from the well equipped kitchen to the lovely arrival package she provided with fresh eggs from her Hens, pastries, juice, butter and milk. The lodge was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, we felt so relaxed during our entire stay. The location is great, the scenery immediately around the Lodge is beautiful, as is the short walk into the equally beautiful Painswick Village. Hannah was extremely responsive to my questions and was able to provide loads of recommendations of what to do while we were there. We loved it so much we recommended to friends who also stayed there and found it equally as wonderful as we did. We stayed in April 2021 and hope to be back again in 2022.
